How to use
Wash your hands. At bedtime, insert 1 suppository vaginally, with an applicator or your finger. You may notice some watery discharge, so a panty liner helps. Do not take by mouth.

How often should I use boric acid suppositories? Use 1 at bedtime as needed, for up to 7 nights in a row. If you need them more often than that, check in with your healthcare provider.
Can I use them during my period? Most women wait until their period ends, then use B.Y.E. for a fresh reset.
Can I have sex while using them? Wait at least 24 hours after your last suppository.
Who shouldn't use them? Don't use B.Y.E. if you're pregnant, trying to get pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have open sores or broken skin. Talk to your doctor if symptoms last or come back.

The B.Y.E is a suppository and should be inserted vaginally - Do not take by mouth.
To use the suppositories :
Wash your hands before and after inserting a vaginal suppository.
We recommend gently inserting one (1) B.Y.E. Suppository vaginally every 24 hours for 3 to 7 days, using our suppository applicators or follow your doctor's dosing instructions.
For best results, insert our B.Y.E. - quick-dissolving vegan suppositories prior to. bedtime and allow to work overnight. Avoid handling suppository for too long to
prevent it from melting in your hands. -
