I actually ordered the Rose Lux Elixir oil. But I received the Tropical Elixir oil. It’s fine ima use it,but I really like the Rose Lux better.

This is was used you can see the rust orange like color when you screw the seat on and this does not work . I turned it up on high to 5 to heat up before I adjust the setting back down and it does nut heat up . I would like a brand new replacement or a refund please .
