How do I cancel an order?

Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled. All orders are final sale. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed.


How do I return a product?

At V'licious, your health is our top priority. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of our products. All orders placed are final sale, and there are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed.


My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I never received it. Can I get a refund or have you send me a new package?

We are unable to refund or replace a package that has been marked delivered by USPS or UPS. We recommend that you track your package using the tracking number provided. If you won’t be available on the delivery day, you may contact your local post office to schedule alternate delivery arrangements. Once the package is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the post office for any delivery issues.

The only time we can issue store credit (minus shipping costs) is if your tracking confirms the package was lost in transit, not marked as delivered (e.g., missing from your mailbox/porch/reception). If it is marked as delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.


Returns

I received my package, but one of the items is damaged. What should I do?

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to hello@vlicious.co within 48 hours of receiving your order. In your email, please include an explanation of what is wrong with the item(s). After reviewing the situation, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and process the exchange.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of store credit only.


I received my package, but an item is missing. What should I do?

If any items are missing or incorrect, you must contact customer service at hello@vlicious.co within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure to provide:

  • A picture of the items you received
  • A picture of the packing slip
  • A description of the missing or incorrect item(s)

Please note: Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, based on tracking details. We may deny claims reported outside of this window. If the packing slip is unavailable, we will only issue a store credit for missing or damaged items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


What happens if my order is "Returned to Sender"?

If your package is returned to sender by USPS due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or if you were unavailable to accept the delivery, you will need to purchase the re-ship fee listed on our website. You must include your order number in the notes section for us to re-ship your package.

If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, you may request to have your order canceled, and we will issue a store credit minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee once the package is delivered back to us.

V'licious is not responsible for any shipping issues caused by USPS or customer error.

NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS!

Note: Orders returned due to an insufficient address may take up to 5 business days to process before being re-shipped (only applicable after the re-ship fee is paid).


What if I input the wrong address?

We will gladly modify your address. Address modifications require a $5 processing fee. Please email customer service at hello@vlicious.co within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a change of address. If no changes are requested within that time, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Note: There is a possibility that an order may be shipped within 1 hour of placing it.

To ensure timely delivery, please verify the following before placing your order:

  • Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)
  • Correct Email Address
  • Proper Punctuation in your address

V'licious cannot take responsibility for incorrect information provided during checkout. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from V'licious, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information indicates the package was delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to address this issue with USPS. We do not take responsibility for packages marked as delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered or refused.


Important Shipping Information

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. Once processed, it will be shipped. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

If your order is flagged as high risk, we will attempt to reach you for additional information. If it’s not received, your order will be refunded.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address match. If they do not, we will send an email requesting verification. If this is not received, the package will not be shipped.
