Wash your hands before and after inserting a suppository.

At bedtime, place 1 B.Y.E. suppository in an applicator, insert vaginally and press the plunger. Use as needed, for up to 7 nights in a row, or follow your doctor's directions. Throw the applicator away after one use.

For best results, insert at bedtime and let it work overnight. Avoid holding the capsule too long so it doesn't soften in your hands.
