You may also add 3 drops of this oil to warm bathing water or to hot compress to help relieve rheumatic pain, inflammation, menstrual discomforts or a stress reliever.

Apply a dime size amount to hands to check for sensitivity before use.

Shake well. Take 2-3 pumps and gently apply it to your vulva and under labia ,2-3 times daily, after bath or shower ,or as needed. You can add 1 to 2 drops to your warm bath water. As a natural lubricant - apply directly to the entrance of the vagina (not to be used with latex condoms).

For minor infections:
Lay on your back and insert ½ teaspoon of oil into the vaginal canal, as well as under labia & throughout vulva twice daily until the problem resolves. Wear a panty liner
