Instructions for V Steam & Luxury Throne
Boil 2-3 cups water

Add 1/2 to 2/3 cups of Luxury Diva Steam & boil for 2-3 minutes

Remove pot from heat, cover, and let it sit for 2 minutes

Place your Luxury Diva Throne on the floor or in toilet. Pour the herbs mixture into the throne

Put on your Luxury Diva Gown and remove undergarments.
Sit on your Throne with your legs spread apart. If you don't have the Luxury Diva Gown, you may wrap a towel or blanket around your waist to contain the steam. Steam for 20-30 minutes.


Instructions for Luxury Detox Pearls
1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Remove one pearl from the sealed package. Unravel the string & tie a knot close to pearls for easy removal

2. Insert the pearl into the applicator and use it to push the pearl (7 cm) into your vagina or as far in as it will go. Make sure to leave the string hanging outside the vagina for easy removal. Wear a pantyliner

3. Leave the pearl in your vagina for 24 hours

4. After 24 hours remove the pearl, rinse vagina with warm water & immediately insert 2nd pearl, leave it in for 24 hours then take it out & insert 3rd pearl (your other option is to insert the 2nd & 3rd pearl together and leave them in for 24 to 48 hours (1-2 days)

5. Remove pearl(s) and rinse vagina with warm water

6. Wear a pantyliner and allow the vagina to discharge toxins for the next 3-9 days

*Never leave the detox pearls inserted for more than 3 days*

It is very IMPORTANT that you drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water every day during this detox. This will aide in the removal of the toxins, discharge from your womb and ease the side effects of itching, mild burning & dryness.

If you are trying to conceive do not detox while ovulating

Motherwort, Rosemary, Mugwort, Calendula, Rose Petals, Red Raspberry, Plantain Herbs.

Rose petals: anti-aging and anti-depressant properties. Helps to prevent and treat infections and soothes skin from irritation

Calendula: relieves menstrual cramps, heals hemorrhoids, calms muscles, alleviates hot flashes, as well as anti-fungal properties

Rosemary: anti-inflammatory agent that aides in reducing menstrual cramps, increasing circulation and protecting the vagina from bad bacteria.

Red Raspberry leaf: aids in fertility by clearing toxins that may be preventing pregnancy. It tones, tightens and strengthens pelvic muscles which makes for better sex and increases the chances of embryo implantation. Also known to relieve PMS symptoms and balance hormones.

Plantain herbs: also known as the 'germ' killer, soothes irritated and bleeding hemorrhoids; has anti-inflammatory effects and may be beneficial in some women with UTI's. Rich in vitamin A.

Motherworth: regulates irregular menstrual cycles, ease anxiety and promotes relaxation

Mugwort: energy booster known to increase wetness, regulate irregular menstrual cycles, relieve itch and stimulate the uterus

You may V Steam 2 to 3 times per week (except during your menstrual cycle). Please STOP using these products once you get pregnant

If you have an IUD, please note that there is a very small chance that the IUD may dislodge due to the strong nature of the herbs. With that said, if you would like to use our V Steam with an IUD intact it would be at your own risk. We also recommend only steaming for 15 minutes if you decide to do it with an IUD.
If you have open wounds, sores or blisters

If you have genital piercings remove them before steaming
